<p>Shirley Anne Luther passed away peacefully at Parkwood Institute in London on Sunday, March 29, 2020, in her 65th year after a short battle with cancer. Daughter of Sadie and the late Ronald (2017). She is survived by her boxer, Bullet, her 3 children: Jennifer, Stacey and Chad (Brittany) and 6 grandchildren: Rylie, Mazlyn, Bentley, Dylan, Kinlee and Aston; and sister to Larry, Margie, Marilyn and Jerry (Chris) and predeceased by sister Nancy. She will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.</p><p><br></p><p>Shirley was involved in her church (St Andrews Presbyterian Beechwood), and her community as a member of the Optimist Club and previously a Sparks and Brownie leader. She was a foster parent to many children over the years. Shirley spent over 30 years driving for Langs Bus Lines and recently worked at Walmart in Strathroy. She was famous for her butter tarts.</p><p><br></p><p>We would like to thank the amazing ladies on the 4th-floor Palliative Care Unit at Parkwood Institute in London for taking care of our mom and all the support they extended to us during her stay there.</p><p><br></p><p>A date for her celebration of life is unknown currently due to COVID-19, hopefully, when the nicer weather comes we will be able to celebrate Shirley's life together.
