<p>Ruby W. Partain, 89 passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at River Valley Health & Rehab Center in Fort Smith where she resided. She was a homemaker; a member of the Short Baptist Church in Short, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Partain; two sons, Melvin & Don Partain and seven brothers, John, Daniel, Delbert, Alfred, James, Arthur Williams and Kenny Harp.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral service will be at 1 PM Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Macedonia Cemetery in Uniontown under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Robison and husband, Cleo of Short, OK., Linda Reynolds and husband, Steve of Pocola, OK.; two daughter-in-law’s, Elaine Partain of Muldrow, OK, Sharon Partain of Uniontown; five sisters, Emma Newman and Jeanie Willard both of California, Flo Smith of Colorado, Glenda Gilstrap of Alaska, Betty Simmons of Mountainburg; Six grandchildren; Ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.</p><p><br></p><p>Family will visit with family and friends Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 5-7 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren.</p><p><br></p><p>Pallbearers will be Michael Partain, Chad Partain, Clinton Robison, Gary Goines, Todd Treadway and Brandon Lewis.</p><p><br></p><p>Honorary pallbearers will be Jennifer Partain, Kallie Goines, Tausha Treadway.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>April 17, 1925 - October 28, 201404/17/192510/28/2014
