<p>Wayne Lee Clark, 62, of Oelwein, Iowa and formerly of Quasqueton, Iowa died Thursday evening, April 7, 2016 at his home in Oelwein. </p><p><br></p><p>Wayne was born on July 31, 1953 in Waterloo, Iowa the son of Raymond M. and Dorothy S (Wade) Clark. He attended the John Loecke School in Independence, IA and River Hills School in Waterloo, Iowa. Following his education Wayne moved to Oelwein, Iowa and became employed with Goodwill Industries. </p><p><br></p><p>He enjoyed Bowling, NASCAR Racing, participating in the Special Olympics. He was the Iowa State Flag Bearer during the International Special Olympics in Minneapolis, MN. </p><p><br></p><p>Wayne is survived by three brothers; Robert (Donna) Clark and Arthur (Shirley) Clark of Quasqueton, IA, John (Patti) Clark, Oelwein, IA, a sister; Denise (Tom) Burke, Independence, IA, and Nieces and Nephews. </p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory, Independence, IA, with Rev. Kevin Jennings officiating. Burial will be held in the Quasqueton Cemetery, Quasqueton, IA.
