Leno Tabarretti
<p>Leno Tabarretti, 81, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 23, 2016, at his home surrounded by his loving family at his side.</p><p> Born in Sarnano, Italy, on January 24, 1935, he was the son of the late Nazareno and Rose (Gentili) Tabarretti.</p><p> On July 26, 1959, he married Silvana “Gina” Battellini at Church of San Augustino in Sarnano, Italy. He moved to the United States and Kenosha in 1961.</p><p> Leno was employed at LeBlanc when he first arrived to this country. He then worked for Bindelli Construction, UPEC and then returned and retired from Leblanc. Leno was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and had a passion for gardening and roses. He loved making homemade wine, sausage and capicola, and going mushroom hunting. He also loved traveling back to visit family and friends in Italy. Most of all, he adored spending time with his family.</p><p> Survivors include his wife, Gina Tabarretti; three daughters, Rose (Jim) Strohm, Rita (Greg) Belcher and Trish (Ronnie) Jenkins; six grandchildren, Ryan (Nicole) Belcher, David Strohm, Nicole (Adam Vanderhoof) Belcher, Amanda (Mike) Muir, Jaylyn Jenkins and Trey Jenkins; two great-grandchildren, Landon and Levi; and a sister, Lida Tabarretti.
