Christine M. Yanuzzi

Christine M. Yanuzzi (nee Koslecki), 65, died June 28, 2021 at her home. Born in Kearny, she lived in Kearny before moving to North Arlington in 1994. Christine graduated from Jersey City State College in 1977 and went on to receive her Plus 30 from Mary Grove College. She also attended Seton Hall University in their Holocaust Studies Program. She retired in 2011 after working 24 years as a teacher for the Harrison Board of Education in Washington School, Lincoln School and Harrison High School. Previously, she was a teacher at St. Aloysius School in Jersey City and Queen of Peace Grammar School in North Arlington. Christine loved her many pet dogs over the years and was a volunteer with the Seeing Eye Dog Program in Morristown. She was the beloved wife of Steven J. Yanuzzi, the cherished mother of Allisyn E. Yanuzzi, and the dear sister in law of Robert Yanuzzi. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and her devoted dog companion, Annie. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Monday, July 12 at 10:30 A.M. in Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington.
